Bracken Vineyard was born from a simple belief: that the best food comes from real ingredients, patient craft, and a deep respect for the hands that make it. Nestled along Orchard Heights Road in Salem, we've built a space where the aroma of fresh bread is the first welcome you receive.

Every morning, our bakers arrive before dawn to shape, proof, and bake using time-honored techniques passed down through generations. Our sourdoughs develop their signature tang over 48-hour ferments. Our pastries are laminated by hand, layer by layer. And our grocery selections — from local honey to small-batch preserves — are chosen the way you'd choose for your own kitchen.
